a little bit about us

onipaa is a hawaiian term of honor: steadfast, firm, resolute, determined. this was the motto of kamahameha v and queen lili' u o kalani.

we are a fast moving, privately-held business and technology consulting firm based out of lomita , california established in 2000 by kalani manuel, ph.d.

we create long-term , scalable, cost effective partnerships with our clients providing multi-level solutions to meet their business needs

why onipaa inc?

our approach to solutions is based on our clients needs. solutions come in many different forms and methods. to determine the best solution we follow a simple process: define, experience, document assess and suggest. it is sdlc at it's prime. unlike many, we dont dictate that technology is the answer to all . in fact, we see technology as a tool to future success. the difference is , we suggest/implement technologies that support the business model. always careful not to retrofit the business model to the technology but rather ensure the technologies applied is solid fit for the business model moving forward.
